Premier Off Plan specialise in investment properties within the UK & Overseas markets. We work directly with developers securing high discounts on off plan and completed projects. We also offer additional incentives on selective deals such as guaranteed rents, furniture packs and free purchase costs.

We are therefore very selective on who our partners are working with only the best established developers with a proven track record in financial strength, quality build and the finished product are chosen.

Why Off Plan:

Discounts offered by the developer, i.e. (10%-25%) of the current market value. While the build takes place, i.e. (12-36 months) the client only parts with a small percentage of their liquid funds without having to start paying a mortgage until the completion time. Other incentives could also include a small deposit to cover the whole deal, guaranteed rents, free furniture, legal fees, search fees & stamp duty paid.

Over the build time the gain in capital appreciation can be quite significant usually around 10%-25%.
Adding to this a property hot spot i.e. regeneration or an emerging area and we have a combination of excellent returns on the initial investment.

It is normal that we see investors then remove the capital gain and re-invest expanding their portfolio
